Peninsula Credit Union is looking for individuals who possess strong people skills and enjoys working in a team environment  where providing excellent service is the priority. Previous cash handling, sales, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence are required. Previous financial institution experience is a plus.

Loan Representative

Poulsbo Branch – Full Time

Salary: $11.00 - $19.04 hr.  DOQ

This position performs as a service-driven and goal-oriented Credit Union representative to the membership and public by accurately and efficiently performing all types of consumer lending, teller, and new accounts transactions. Responsible for interviewing applicants for consumer loans and preparing loan applications for underwriting. Advanced understanding of credit reports, debt ratios and preparation of loan documents. Knowledge of underwriting principles a plus. Effectively cross-sells products and services on a consistent basis in a professional and courteous manner consistent with Peninsula Credit Union’s Service Expectations and brand image. Must possess previous consumer lending experience; able to conduct a loan interview and use of the internal loan DP system. If you have previous consumer lending experience, are a goal driven individual and love working with the public, this is the position for you!

Account Representative

Shelton Branch – Full Time

Salary: $11.00 - $16.00 hr.  DOQ

Exceptional customer service required! This goal-oriented position performs all types of teller and advance new accounts transactions. Primary duties are opening new accounts, developing customer relations, promoting CU products/services. Previous teller and new accounts experience required.

Call Center Member Service Representative

Shelton Administration– Part Time

Salary: $9.50 – 14.50 hr.  DOQ

Are you a friendly outgoing person that loves to talk on the phone? This position may be a perfect fit for you. Our call center MSR’s are the voice of the Credit Union over the phone.  As a Credit Union representative for our membership and public over the telephone, this position is responsible for accurately and efficiently performing member transactions, and effectively promoting products and services in a professional and courteous manner consistent with PCFCU’s Service Expectations.

Position requires excellent telephone communication and customer service skills. Candidates must be multi-task oriented and able to work in a team environment.
