This new feature enables you to set up a security question that will allow you to sign in if you have forgotten your password. Once you have signed on to our on-line banking, click “Preferences” and then “Password Reset” to establish this feature.
If you are signed up for more than one account, this new feature will allow you access or move to another account without logging out of one and into another. Once you have signed on to our on-line banking, click “Preferences” and then “Multiple Account Access”, and complete as instructed.
Our on-line system will now display a “looking glass” symbol near the “Available Balance” if an account hold is applied. Click on the symbol for details such as type of hold, transaction date, release date, and amount of hold. There is also a link to “Account Holds FAQ” for more information about types of holds placed on accounts.
It is now easier to sort through an account’s transaction history to find specific transaction types. To help in this process there is now a drop down list to choose what type of history you would like to review. This includes detailed history information such as all transactions, all deposits, all withdrawals, all checks, ATM transactions, and Debit Card transactions.
When doing a transfer from one account to another, the “Available Funds” now is shown on the transfer screen. Loan payoff amounts have also been added as well. Should you have any questions, please send an email to membership@pcfcu.org or call 800-426-1601 to speak to a member service representative. Thank you for using Peninsula’s Online Services!
