Online Services Overview

What is Peninsula Online Services?

Peninsula Online Services consists of two distinct, yet related, Internet-based products.   The first of these services is our Internet Account Access service.  This service allows secure access to your credit union accounts from your PC, or Apple/MAC computer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With Internet Account Access you can perform a variety of account activities just by visiting our web site and logging-in with your Personal Identification Number (PIN). The second related service is our internet-based BillPayer service that has no monthly fee when you pay at least one bill a month.  You can use Internet Account Access without the BillPayer option, but you will need Internet Account Access if you decide to use BillPayer. 

In June of 2004 we added eStatements to our group of online services.  This service makes it possible for our members to view statements online rather than getting a paper statement in the mail.  Not only will you get your statements more quickly, but it is a highly secure method of viewing, printing, and downloading information from your statements. It is not necessary to be enrolled in either Internet Account Access or BillPayer to sign up for this service.  Enrollment can be done by following the links on our home page.  Additional information can be found on our eStatements Q&A page.
