Con una tasa fija, sabr\u00e1 exactamente cu\u00e1nto pagar\u00e1 por la totalidad del pr\u00e9stamo. Con una tasa variable, sus pagos variar\u00e1n con el tiempo. Aqu\u00ed encontrar\u00e1 todo lo que debe saber sobre las hipotecas con tasa fija y variable.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Hipotecas a tipo fijo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Una hipoteca a tipo fijo significa que su tipo de inter\u00e9s se establece durante la vigencia del pr\u00e9stamo. Pagar\u00e1 la misma cantidad cada mes, independientemente de la duraci\u00f3n del pr\u00e9stamo. Como sus pagos son constantes, es muy f\u00e1cil presupuestar una hipoteca a tipo fijo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Puedes planificarlo. Saber cu\u00e1nto es tu hipoteca te permite saber exactamente cu\u00e1ndo la pagar\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Contras:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Tasas m\u00e1s altas. La principal desventaja de las hipotecas a tipo fijo es que no te puedes salir de tu tasa, pase lo que pase. Esto significa que podr\u00edas perderte tasas m\u00e1s bajas si bajan las tasas hipotecarias.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Comisiones elevadas.
