You spoke, we listened.

As a member owned cooperative, your voice matters. Earlier this year we emailed out a survey asking how you like Peninsula Credit Union, and specifically what you think we did well and what we could do better.

We listened! One major theme that we noticed from your comments was the need for more help with online banking. Because of that we have created two educational videos to show you our members how to create an online banking account, or in other words how to enroll in online banking, and the second video is once you get online banking what steps do you need to take to have eStatements delivered.

Both of these videos are located here, please take a look and let us know what you think. We want to create more helpful videos in the future, please let us know if you have ideas on what we should cover.
