WOW Story: A New Roof and a Fresh Start

Jennifer, a long-time member from Port Orchard, applied for a home equity loan to replace her aging roof. Unfortunately, her initial request was denied due to a high debt ratio.

Our Lending Manager, Darla, decided to take a closer look. She reviewed Jennifer’s case and approved an exception based on her strong credit history and relationship with Peninsula.

With her new loan, Jennifer was not only able to get a brand-new roof, but also consolidate her unsecured debt into one manageable payment. This financial relief allowed her to focus on her home and future stability.

Cheers to Darla for her diligence, and congratulations to Jennifer on her safe, new roof. Credit unions are here to help when you most need it!
