What if I can’t find my financial institution?

Plaid connects with many financial institutions, but not every bank or credit union is available. Some institutions may also be temporarily unavailable because of system updates, connection issues, or compatibility requirements. If you can’t find your financial institution, try searching by the institution’s full name, website name, or a common abbreviation. If it still doesn’t appear, that institution may not currently support Plaid connections.

In some cases, when a direct Plaid connection isn’t possible, you may connect to external accounts via routing number, account number, and small deposit verification. If prompted, simply follow the on-screen instructions with Plaid to complete this process.
